A consultation is an interactive process intended to facilitate growth, feedback and support. Mental Health Consultations are provided for individuals and groups. More specifically: churches, schools, non-profits, small businesses etc.
Topics include, but are not limited to: Self-care, boundaries, tackling mental health in the black community, racial trauma, creating safe spaces, finding mental health support/resources, parenting challenges, conflict resolution and more.
